...I'm a wife, stay-at-home mother of three, a Christian and I'm a certified birth doula and fully-licensed placenta specialist and I want you to have a great birth! When I was having my babies, I wanted so much more out of my birth experiences and I had to search hard for the support I wanted. So, in 2019 I achieved my first unmedicated birth and promptly started Belly Sprouts Doula Services. My mission was and always is to deliver excellent support and educate families on the options they have to improve self-advocacy and your overall birth experience. Birth partners and I team up to surround mom with love and support.

I love natural remedies and the gifts that He provides. I believe that the placenta is one of those gifts provided to the mother which is why so many of my birth clients have had easier postpartum transitions thanks to the Placenta Encapsulation services I offer. My clients have avoided intense mood shifts and some even avoid pharmaceutical medications, plus my services are highly recommended by so many happy clients and available even if I'm not your doula.

My best advice to future moms is that each pregnancy and birth gives you a unique opportunity to improve on your relationship with birth. If you're hoping for a unmedicated birth, homebirth, VBAC, to finally have a doula, or use your placenta, then do it! There is no better time to have a better birth than THIS birth. There are no do-overs.
